ABOUT US

 Burgers are about the beef. We use rare-breed, grass-fed beef from small farms in  MO. It's dry aged and cooked when you order, giving it an intense, beefy flavor. The finishing touches: a bun, scratch burger sauce and good old American cheese.  

 Shaahi pizza probably isn't pizza as you know it, but we're all for expanding horizons. Bases here are thicker, fluffier and bouncier than you may anticipate, and pizzas are cut into smaller pieces, each slice topped proportions of seasonal ingredients, ripe for passing around the table between friends.

 A good milkshake is like a time machine for your brain. One slurp and—whoosh—you’re 12 years old again, stuck inside a never-ending summer holiday where the icy poles are always cheap and people still talk via landlines.
